Some buy buttons on this site are Amazon affiliate links. Where Amazon sells the watch new, the buy button links to that product on Amazon.com with our Associate tag. As an Amazon Associate, WatchZ earns from qualifying purchases — it costs you nothing extra, and it's how the site keeps the lights on. Buttons for watches Amazon doesn't carry (mostly Swiss luxury grails) link to eBay search pages instead, and those earn us nothing.
Advertising
Some pages contain clearly labeled ad slots ("Advertisement"). These are served by third-party ad networks, and we don't control which specific ads appear in them beyond the network's standard controls.
Editorial independence
Our recommendations are not for sale. Specifically:
- We don't accept payment for placement in our guides.
- We don't publish fake reviews — we only write about watches we know well, and we say so.
- We never invent prices or specifications. Prices change constantly, which is why every buy button says "Check current price" instead of quoting a number.
If we ever have a direct commercial relationship with a brand we cover (sponsored content, gifted products), we'll disclose it on the page itself — but that's not something we do today.
